Multi choice funeral policy

Such a bad experience I joined a funeral policy with them, they told me that I have a minimum of 5 people to claim for..when my dad passed away end of July I called to claim but they said I do not have an insurance I asked then how but they didnt know how to answer...when I called a month ago which was October to activate my Dstv the confirmed that I have an active funeral policy with them 4 of their consultants confirmed that my policy is Active...they are ****mers and can't be trusted I am so upset🥺
