multi choice/ ********** accounts/inside job!!!

I bought a DSTV few months ago, and still today it is blocked , reason being that someone is using the very same account, because that person stole my id numbers and opened a DSTV account. they say they cant open an account for me cause it is still under investigations, but what surprises me is they have their own lawyers so they refused to give me the name of the other person, gave them every information to prove that am the owner of the id numbers and the proof that I changed my surname from the last time, my current surname is SIBANYONI and I was using Tshabalala, gave them all my legit papers, called them many times, went to the main branch 6 times they keep telling me to wait, its been too long no calls from them, they still investigating, they refused to give me the name so I can go to the police. please get back to me urgently!!!
