Multi-choice Dstv - *******.

Been a premier subscriber for years. Mid January 2020 Dstv offered me a price lock contract with a new decoder, to be couriered to my residence. Never arrived, no one followed up and I forgot too. However end February my bank account was debited for an amount in excess of the price lock deal. I had it reversed. Contacted Multi-choice, according to their records I was on this price-lock deal and been charged for extra-view too! They would investigate the non delivery of the new decoder and reverse all extra chargers, account now in credit. NEVER DONE!! I contacted them numerous times - even during lockdown 45 + minutes at a time, explaining the same story over and over again with promises from Multi-choice to investigated and sort. They have yet again debited my account in excess of the supposed price lock. My bank has stopped the debit order but Multi-choice uses a different amount and the debit goes of the following month, again. I have even threatened legal action - no response!!!
