Multi choice DSTV subscription
I have been subscribing to Multi choice for a long time. In the past few months I decided to change the package I have because it was rather expensive. I phoned their call centre and we agreed on another package which is affordable for me. The following month they did not debit he amount we agreed on. I enquired again and I was told it is because of the insurance for my PVR (which I never app**** for) and the accessories like the catch up. I asked them to remove all these f these and we agreed. Now what disgusted me is this this month they debited R800+ and initially my subscription was 489 that we agreed on . I don't know what to do anymore because these people don't do what you agreed on with them. Please help
