Multi choice - DSTV service worse than GOVERNMENT
<p>I installed the explore on price lock and been trying to upgrade the package to premium for the last two weeks no help each agent I speak to has a new story !! Their is no escalation channel, the most the agents can do is send an email to have an upgrade agent from another department call u bac****! Its been 2 WEEKS AND NO LUC**** Multi choice has a bunch of useless uninformed agents! </p>
