Multi Choice DSTV is useless subscription. *****ing from their clients and no service.

I have insurance for DSTV decorder. Since last week monday I dont have the serivices but I must pay full amount. Firstly the insurance was changed to so called upgrade for insurance which is a degrade. I was on the cover where I go to the nearest centre and decorder can be replaced there and there and go back to normal life. Todate I am on 2nd week and the installer is not coming and the decorder is not coming. No wonder people cancel their subscriptions because wow. The serivice is pathetic. Let us all cancel multichoice DSTV to humble them
