Multi choice DStv is the worst !!!!Terrible service
I’ve just switched to DStv streaming and it has been giving me problems it does not stream on live tv. I’ve been calling them for 2 days and no one is able to assist from multi choice . I then later find out that there is another linked device on my tv and I’m certain that its employees of multi choice because I’ve been giving them my email and passwords to assist now all of a sudden I have another linked device on my Tv. They are not helpful at all . We pay for nonsense and the after sale service is terrible. It’s no wonder people have left DStv ,they rip people off and have no customer service.

02 Jun 2024, 19:07DStv has not assisted me with anything even a mere call. You’re losing customers because of your poor horrible after sale customer care. You are still to lose more millions because how you undermine your customers.. You know very well that your employees ***** our passwords after we have given them ,trusting that our information is kept private and thinking we will be assisted. I’ve been calling from friday and non of those employees has helped me with this issue. Instead I see someone who is using my account and passwords to stream for free while I pay. You really are a disgrace of a company and I hope that in the near future you are replaced by another company!!!!!!!
