multi choice DSTV ******

<p>My father bought the explora deal for R539 for 24 ,first they delivered the explora but did not schedule or give us the numbers of an installer we called the call center several times and they where practically useless cause they kept on saying they will escalate the call until we called again and this consultant told us there's no such thing of escalating and she gave us numbers of installers who stay around our area.we called the installer several times to come and install and he really really dragged his feet he came after 5 days,now the expolra is giving us problems you constantly have to restart it in order for it to play the we finally decided to take it to multi choice where they told us the explora is faulty we must take it to randburg as they can't do anything because its not more than 3 month's... This is total bull**** from Multichoice</p>
