Multi choice DSTV

I am not satisfied at all with the whole multichoice group... I did subscribe to price log and they never cancelled my old decoder they keep deduction ridiculous amounts from my account and an must keep wasting my time to go to the bank and call them and explain my self that they did deduct the money ....I call in every time and nobody can assist me by sorting out my account....BAD SERVICES
