Multi choice DSTV

In 2012 I subscribed to Multi choice dstv company where i took two packages; one package for my house and the other for my mother's house, and since then I've never missed a subscription fee till today. In 2021 after the passing of my mother I moved into my mother's house but still continued paying the subscription at my house even though no one lived there to watch tv. In 2022 there was 2 break in's at my house, one in August and the second time was in October whereby my tv and home theatre system was ******. Since then I've went to the multi choice offices here in Bloemfontein several times whereby my old flatscreen tv which was in my bedroom did not connect and went there again to request a cancellation of the subscription at my house but they refused and they have taken me from pillar to post until today. On the 13th February 2023 they told me that I have a contact with them that expires 5 months from today. They have never sent any documents for the contract for me to sign and they have never called me to discuss the contract, the only call I've received from them was about the insurance (in 2021) which i refused to take because I told them that i already have an insurance for my home contents with another company. The desk lady at the multi choice office in Bloemfontein called there head office where the lady from the call centre told the desk lady that I have a contact and when i wanted to speak to her to explain my situation she refused to speak to me. Therefore may you please intervene and help me so that the company may not deduct any money from my account as i was at their office today to cancel the subscription and i was told that a 5 months of contract money will be deducted if i want to cancel of which I don't owe them any money.
