Multi choice does not have care for their customers

The dstv doesn't have what the called business principle they dint attend my proble about channel 300,304 and 305 the channels online they go with dstv family when you upgrade to family.they dont play they are not there i have been trying since this year to complain about those channels even to day no respond frim them they show how they don't care for their family but i feel that they dont have competition if there was another company out there giving the same service i would have moved with out thinking about it,. Is there any place like where my complaint can be taken serious, were can i report them and something can be done i am tired of them taking my hardworking money and not honour their service its really bad.
