Multi Choice does not Care about customers
Dstv had contacted me on a price lock deal, which I responded to via sms. On the 25.03.2019 I was contacted by Multi choice and they had made a legal binding contract deal with regards to the pricelock plan. The sales personal advised that I should receive the decoder within 5 working day. I had to arrange for someone to be at my place for delivery. Which has costed me not only money but I wasted someone else's time. I than received call's from Multi Choice to confirm my banking details which I than queried is this with regards to my price lock. The lady had said no. I told her to jot proceed with changes on my portfolio as I need someone to urgently contact me regarding my price lock plan which was long over due. I than had to call in to find out what is wrong. I was given stories and couldn't be assisted and was told that an escalation had ri be logged and that I will be contacted.
Multi Choice contacted me on the 05.04.2019 to redo the plan as apparently it was not captured correctly the first time. I was told that it will be escalated and that the decoder will be delivered on Tuesday.
Today is tuesday and I have again arranged for some to be at my home to collect costing me money and time.
I called the Multi Choice again and I was given stories and them making there issues mine.
As a customer who long supported Multi Choice was approached by Multi Choice to take the deal but was given a bad deal.
