Multi Choice Dissatisfaction

Ordered price lock on black Friday 2019 special. promised a new explorer decoder. The decoder still is not delivered and was told on my last call (Friday 6 March 2020) to multi-choice that there are 9 mths left on the contract. I have phone multi-choice previously on numerous occasions to resolve the delivery issue but every time my problem is escalated and still no resolution. Hopefully I will get a response to this review
