Multi-choice - Dead Man now crawling

Re my first review i e Multi Choice - Dead Man Walking - nothing has improved - still no explanations, as to why I was cut off - or why I was charged twice -promises to transfer the funds back into my account never happened - so Ja ???- Usually after dealing with one of the Consultants, you are requested by SMS to rate your satisfaction level 0 - 10. - 10 being completely satisfied - So here is my Multi Choice rating - 10 being the worst - [1] Promises not being kept = 10 - [2] Consultants answering with Mmmm or mouth full of food = 10 - [3] Never receiving Understandable or acceptable/realistic answers to why the errors happened - 10 When one gives a high score - you receive anther SMS - requesting reasons for the score - I would also like answers to my High scores !!
