Multi choice contact center poor service
Bad customer service I have experienced since. Spoke to siyabonga to assist in reconnecting my DStv he dropped the call, called again spoke to phelele she also put me on hold for 5 minutes without assisting me. Never thought I would get poor service from a provider who didn’t try to subsidise subscription payments in this pendamic t
