Multi-Choice Bad Service

I app**** for the dstv internet package a year ago and I have been paying my account but the router does not work, it has never worked. I've gazilion calls to multi-choice, I went to a couple of multi-choice outleft and I haven't found help. At this point I am so tired, angry and frustrated by the extremely bad service. I do not want that router anymore and I would like a refund of what I paid for the past year.
