Multi choice bad accounting practices

Hi Your accounting and notification sucks After 9 month I receive a SMS telling me that Im behind on my account, but you DSTV arrange debit orders every month of my bank account I lodged a complaint on your DSTV platform, but no reply besides cutting of the service On my cost as you don't have a toll free number I spendt 25min argueing with Tsheop to find out this is from December 2018 when holiday view was activated Please can I have a proper explanation Thanks This content is posted on Hello Peter for other customers to see
