Multi Choice and their bad customer service experience

Worst and pathetic service I had in my life. Its been 5 months without service. I called in to cancel my insurance in April 2019, and they continued charging me and my services were closed. I logged a call with their finance department and they promised to call me in 24-48 hrs till today I havent received any call. I then decided to call then with my airtime and no one in that pathetic call center was able to assist me and it was escalated to people who never came back to me till today since April. Multuchoice service sucks and pathetic programmed people working there and very arrogant too. I hate multichoice and their service.
