Best regards,
Good Day,
My issue is still not resolved.
After our DSTV broke, we went to Multi Choice in Centurion to go onto the Explorer option. The friendly lady who assisted us showed us all the options and we decided to go for the option of R900 + which includes the Explorer, dish and installation of it. The consultant then advised us to cancel the current DSTV as it is over a weekend and it will take 5 to 6 days to be installed.
After our previous complaint Dinah of Multi Choice contacted us to follow up on this matter. Then last week an consultent contacted my husband and told him before anything can happen that they need to do another credit check on him, which he has been told on that he does not qualify. I do not understand how somebody with an double income off over R75kt per month do not qualify for Credit to sign up on your Explorer package of R900 per month, after we paid every month anyway R800 on the premium DSTV package.
Furthermore I also do not understand why another credit check was needed as we were signed up on the premium DSTV package until the day where we asked to go onto the Explorer option, as our DSTV broke down.
I would really appreciate it if somebody could explain to me what is the minimum requirements to be credit worthy and good enough for Multi Choice.
Please your urgent responce and assistance would be appreciated as I do not understand why we should be struggling like this for 2 months already just to get an explorer.
