I have had a bad experience, they take their CUSTOMERS for granted, we have subscribed for Compact yet, I couldn't view horizontal channels. When I phone them they shift the blame to the installer . When we call installer they do the same thing. I am tired with this back and forth.we had changed the decoder twice.
