We ordered xploras (x2) almost a month ago. I got 1, and it took me 3 weeks of calls and \escalations"and beeld-tot-u-diens before I got any feedback regarding my 2nd explora. Now they deducted more than R 2000.00 via debit order from my account. as I am typing this we have been on the phone with them for more that 48 min....AGAIN!!! it is a joke! It only I can invoice them for the time wasted..."""
