Multi choice

Dstv router was delivered at my house a week ago on Monday 5th September 2022, I then same day called multi choice customer service 4 days in a row and 3 times a day. Till this day I'm not helped 🙃 nor my calls being returned. That router has never been activated from the day of delivery.
