Multi choice

Good evening I have taken a DStv router, which I struggled with network where I stay, trying to get assistance from multi choice which resulted in me calling to cancel it and they came to fetch it in May, to my suprise am still paying for it, o have called multi choice bloem and jozi to reverse it but am not getting any assistance. Now I can’t even pay for my dish cause its included on the installment , I have been sent from pillar to post while they needed to refund me for charging me for what I don’t have, I even have a proof of the courier when they came to fetch the router
