Multi-Billion Billing *****-Up
For a multi-billion company their billing service is non-existent. Complain and you will get billed extra or service will be cut off.

I was asked to upgrade my package for cheaper price but I get a response as to say my subscription is higher than offered. What the hell is going with the pathetic service? Growing up with the service for 20 years and being part as a loyal client for 5 years now. The service is going from bad to worse
