Multchoice must pay back my money

I am very disappointed with the service I'm getting by multchoice dstv.its very sad to see that they do not care at all about the difficulties we as customers go through..I'm one customer who they failed big time because I feel I have been ****** money by them..and they claim to be innocent. How so if I have been complaining about the issue for 6months without any help from them? I called them for so many times but kept telling me that my problem will be fixed but in the end I get no help at at. All I want is justice from multchoice Dstv and good customer service..I really want my case resolved and my money paid back
