Mult choice took my money without me agreeing toba debt order

<p>Last month I paid my dstv account twice by mistake .then I was requested to submit bank statement and proof of payment and ID copy I did that and I got my refund today when I check my bank statement Multchoice has loaded a debt order against my account and my vodacom debit order return unpaid and I paid the dstv account on the 1st . I don't know why the debit order was loaded because I have never requested a debit order . now I also sit with the under paid debit order fee from standard bank of R115 who is going to pay that and vodacom is going to charge me the unpaid fee who is going to pay that .who do I contact I am p*of they still from people while they are a big company I need explanation </p>
