MULITICHOICE TO GROWN TO BIG FOR ITS CUSTOMERS
As per the previous customers of Multichoice , once again I have had my payment not allocated to my account. This is now the second or third time ... I lost count , wasted more then 35 minutes to get help on the phone , spoke to a customer agents which has no customer relationship nor conflict skills and got cut off by their department requesting me to send a proof of payment at 10 pm on a Sunday evening ? I hope a service company enters South Africa as direct competition to Multi choice . I will move after 15 years immediately . This **** service , fat cat company got to understand that the customer is always right , even if he is irritated . Don't come back to me , solve my query , find my payment and put it to my account. WORST OF ALL CLOWNS , YOU PUT CU T MY SUBSCRIPTIONS ,you should discipline your accounts department , they pathetic and a waste of money , outsource it and monitor it! WORST OF ALL , NO APOLOGY FOR BAD SERVICE ! South Africans , these fat cat companies think nothing of us , they have grown arrogant and inefficient! Shant.
