Mulitichoice a bunch of idots
On 1 April 2015 my dstv was discontinued due not no funds. On the 12 of April I phoned to get my balance and the reference i should use to pay the money in.
I Deposited R1000 in absa. When I Arrived home still my account was suspended. So after wasting a R100 airtime which I phoned mpho with she didn't see the payment reflecting. But she said she will turn on my account but threaten me by saying if the money isn't paid in I will be liable with heaps of extra costs.
This morning I wake up and my account is suspended again.
Its not my fault the money is reflecting(paid in by absa branch). I cannot be liable for the extra charges.
I have wasted R200 airtime thus far. How Idiotic are you guys. You cannot work with debit order as you tried to debit my account before 3 times in one day. Please get your act together and switch on my dstv so I can watch the repeats on every channel again. and again. and again.
