I am ways overcharged and when I call to ask I'm given different answers. U was told I had 2 different decoders and which I only use 1. I asked them to cancel the other one and was told I can't cancel unless I gave the serial number for it. I don't even know I have another decoder. Next excuse was tht I skipped payments... I stopped paying because in always charged extra!
