My Mom changed her DSTV package to the Compact plus package mid month March 2020 ever since DSTV have been deducting the amount of R904.00 which is incorrect and should be R599.00. I have spoken to eight different people at DSTV *** each one promised to refund her the amount of R1524.00 however this morning DSTV deducted the incorrect amount from her bank account again. I have also send 2 e-mails to DSTV with no response. Please contact me for any further info ***). Please assist me as I have used all my airtime for April, May and now June just phoning DSTV.
