Here is a letter addressed to DSTV months back already

I have spoken to agents Anobia, Lindelle, Zanella, Letsapa, Lesego, Nomawabo, Nasepo, Mafulatsha and conveyed how many mails and FB messengers for months now about things just been added to my profile that I have not authorized ever and being over charged for the past 10 years!!! I have given DSTV enough time to sort out my account and things unnecessarily being debited off my account that I never requested going back as far as the year 2012! I am going to sue you guys for all my damages and lawyer fees and refunds owed to me! i am done with waiting for agents phoning me back now for months and like now I have paid my subscription but keep getting cut off every 3rd day… ! I have sent them proof of payment for last month and yet they say I still owe more money now! I am a single Batchelor for 13 years only with one tv but u keep sending bigger amounts than 1 Premium subscription that I own and do not have holiday homes or the need for any other subscriptions! I have had it with your company now! 9 phone calls today and went to ur offices in Kimberley and no answers! Done done! Here I attach a few months that u guys have over debited me for 1 dstv premuim account for months now! I would like to see when I activated anything else and want proof from your company where I have activated what you stipulating???????? I have never needed anything but 1 premium package but u have *****ulent activating going my account that is supposed to be confidential! I have made phone call after phone call and still nothing is sorted out! In September month they debited 3800 telling me I requested 2 Premuim packages and 4 family packages as to why my account is 3800n now as A single Batchelor with one tv how the hell is this possible!
DSTV is the worst service Country ever!!!

25 Jan 2024, 16:556 months and spoken to 15 different aggent’s and typical answers I get are we attending to it and u cute my subscriptions every-time… been waiting 2 months for Ref numbers to be rep**** and months go by an nobody gets back to me! Cut my view and its calls after calls to put it back on! I am taking legal action… for you to add things to my account without my permission and to dept me is *****/theft! A single batchelor with one tv and u charge me for 2 premium packages and 4 family packages…… Really?????? R3800 deducted from my bank account in Sept??? Charge me for a holiday package in Decemeber and I dont even own a holiday home!!!! This is ***** and u will refund me years of off subscriptions u been charging me unnecessary ur one aggent went back till 2012 noticing charges charged to me that was not requested by me!!! ***** ***** ***** and all I hear is we are attending to it! DSTV is a circus man with *********** staff
