This thr worst, horrible service providers with rude and *********** staff and showing middle fingers to us as their customers. Maybe because they are monopoly service providers that is why they don't care. These people keeps on charging me money I don't know for what and when I call they said "said the system is slow please let me put you on hold" and you will hold for more than 40 minutes until your airtime run off and they never call me back. They keep on disconnecting my services as they wish, they keep on showing me the middle finger and **** on my face.

I am so frustrated and so damn angry about this service provider. The whatsapp self service system is even more useless, when you want to downgrade is give me errors then when I call they say "the system is bit slow" and these are their famous stupid words they always say and put you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes and never call you back.

Now my services are disconnected and when I call they put me on hold until my airtime is finished and never call me back. Yesterday they could not able to help about my financial statement and used their famous sorry words of "they system is bit slow and my supervisor or manager will call me back once he or she is able to check your financials". But as always, they never call me back. I really hate their incompetence and how they show middle finger to their customers
