I had a terrible experience with dstv/multichoice, on the 28th April 2022 i received this message : "DStv: Move up to Compact @ R329 for 3 months & stand to win tickets to the DMVCAs. See: https://dstv.mobi/s/v7POD T&Cs. Opt out: dstv.tv/o" I phone them they told me the promotion was effective from the 18th of May 2022 I waited till the 18th, I phoned them again prior the 18th and again on the 27 May 2022 just to confirm , i was told everything is okay i went and paid the promotional amount, now on the 02/06/2022 my account was disconnected wen i phone i am now told that i paid short amount and the offer was not approved. I feel they are luring people into false promises and that was not necessary now i am told to pay a ridiculous amount..the service was poor and unprofessional....
