I am having a bad experience with my mothers dstv account .card number(***)At home they wer using compact dstv then i bought them a explora decoder suscribing for compact plus R90 services now they are charging me for both decoders even if the old one it is not used but they are billing it whenever i called them and explain my situation they claim to be offline wer else i paid services of their product multi choice is really treating us badly.my numbers *** please help me to report them .
