Hi Please need Help...early this year Got a call from DSTV telling me about price lock services..I Agreed to the terms and they promised me they will debit on the following month which they never did..I personally called them And they said it's fine I can pay cash...R500..Following month da same happend and payed cash since then I have been paying cash n last month they blocked ma channels telling me I owe them called them explained n they understood ma matter n promised me they will escalate the matter to billing deptment..Since then after 2 or 3 days they disconnect me I have to phone so I can be reconnected..Its taking too long n now they tell me I owe them n I have never skipped a payment or pay late...Please assit DSTV is ***** hv their massages where they ask forgivenes n SMS of dates wher I was disconnected please assist someone out there please assist I'm tired now I thnk they escalleted ma matter more than 20 times please please...*** ma cellphone number...DSTV is ******* please someone out there dont agree to price lock services u will regret trust me
