Mpume Mbatha terrible customer service robbing an old lady

My mother went to multichoice Durban branch was assisted by MPUME MBATHA she promoted I Wi-Fi with agreement of paying R820 per month but for the past two months my mother has been paying R2000 she went back to the shop and she said everything is going to be sorted she must only pay the R820 they aggred upon but the subscription was cancelled and my mother went back and they said she is not in the worker's hiding her and she was forced to pay more while they said they going to fix it she even gave her, her number and now she is not even picking up the calls this is the number***) and we are very disgusted by they terrible customer service this is a day light ******* 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡and if she was doing the right thing why are they hiding her in the store we don't even want to deal with her we need management straight 😡😡😡
