Mpolai Jeminah Nale - Needs to be cloned

I have learned with DTSV Customer service that not all customer service agents are knowledgable about their product a lot of times its definitely a language barrier which can be frustrating, So ive learned to always call back until i get someone that can understand my issue. This time around when i called back i got hold of Mpolai Jeminah Nale , she is a GEM, she was so friendly and even called me back when my line dropped "which is very rare" She calmed me with even just her greeting i couldnt be upset , she resolved my query effortlessly !
