Most useless internet network provider I have delt with
I am tired of DSTV!!! They're internet services is the most ********** service ever. They first didn't load my data for the month, and I was without internet for a week resulting in an additional R500 that I had to spend to buy data cause I needed to work. I then spent over R200 on airtimes calling them with no help.
Now my internet services are suspended again because of incompetence, this time because apparently they didn't add the internet services quote onto my debit. Guys what the **** is this? I have spend an hour yesterday on a call with two of your agents and still no help.
Sort this problem out today or cancel my services. Plus I never agreed to take a 24 months contract with your useless selves.
