Most Useless Call Center Award Goes To Multichoice
The most disappointing and useless call center you can get in South Africa is Multichoice. Called them for two weeks 4 times over incorrect billing and you hold on for 10min plus only to be told issue escalated without any solution. I am really disappointed at these imbeciles.
