Most senseless non schooled beings

So DSTV disconnected me on the 4 th for no reason. When i queried the R1050 i apparently owe. I was told They didnt receive payment for Oct which i send them the proof of. Then there was a disconnection fee and then they already charged me for the explora whom is still not even activated as we still waiting for dstv installer to come and instal, which is part of the deal. Then there is R300 added of whom the accounts dept cant even tell me even after 5 working days of investigation they have no answer. So then today they phoned us after we have been phoning more than 50 times in the last 5 days. They inform my wife that they are sorry and the dstv is on now. So i asked my daughter to check if its on. She tells me all channels are showing 16-4. So i phoned them back and inform them that mt dstv is still off. Then these uneducated stupid idiots inform my wife that they had cancelled my hd machine and switched on the explora of whom is still in the box. Waiting to be installed now for about 2 weeks. So the dstv premuim i paid for up to end of October has been cancelled by dstv and the explora that is not yet installed has been switched on. This is the mentality that we have to work with it seems like dstv just want to make sure the positions are filled no matter they went to school ir kindergarden. University and college is a bit far fetched for dstv staff. Well i have now cancelled everything thank God. And i told dstv i want my full premuim refunded for October until such a time the explora will remain by me. Wonder what is the criteria for working at dstv like grade R with a final mark of 12%
