Most pathetic service and consultants are even worse!!

Worst service ever from DSTV! first they offer you a price lock and then book the area to be 2 n half hours away from where I reside. The installer refused to come out and sent out another guy who isn't even a part of DSTV, He brought used and Rusted items to install. He never did the full installation and we have been having issues since then! We had to call in ourselves to connect the decoders and extra view! Now DSTV is charging an amount of R3000 for their own mistakes! It's been said we have canceled the price lock a week after! We haven't even called them. You guys really need to get people we are more educated and advanced. This is unacceptable!! Disgusted by the service!!!
