Most pathetic customer service ever!

I have a 'hotel bouquet' membership with DSTV Multichoice for the past 5 years already. At the time I subscribed I took out 1 extra channel on top of this Hotel Bouquet, as I was informed I could change this extra channel any time without any additional costs. About a year ago I started my quest, trying to change the additional channel. Hang on, I don't even want to cancel my additional channel or change anything to the billing value of my contract, I just want ANOTHER additional channel.... I have gone to my DSTV provider (Cathmar in Paarl) who said they can't help me. Then I went to the DSTV Multichoice office in Paarl where I was immediately told they can't help me as they only deal with residential accounts, not commercial ones. I was given a phone number of the commercial division and called them about 4 times with my SIMPLE question. I was given an e-mail adres and have written a full length request with all information possible about 2 months ago. Meanwhile I have RESENT this e-mail 5 times, every 1,5 week besically with REMINDER in the heading. I am disgusted to have to tell you I received NO REACTION WHATSOEVER, neither by phone nor in writing. However, the monthly subscription is very fast and they debet my account without fault every 2nd of the month. I am amazed by the lousy customer service of this whole DSTV thing and every time I tell my story, there is somebody with resembling complaints. The power of monopoly.....
