Most pathetic company since Telkom

Most pathetic company since Telkom, well it's worse than Telkom to be honest. It took me 2 hours on the phone with them, to activate a new decoder; and after the 2 hours, still nothing. They still could not activate it. The ***********, unskilled, untrained person on the phone told me to hold cause his PC is to slow, makes me hold for another 20 min, never came back to me. Thank God for streaming services...Counting the days.
