Most *********** business entity in SA

DSTV is the most confident, arrogant monopoly entity in South Africa. Why you pay R899.00 for a service is beyond me, and no call service agent could give me an answer as well. For more than two years I have been struggling with DSTV and my account and installation. Every-time I speak to them on the phone they are very apologetic for the poor service and blame another department or call center agent. I think I have 5+ "escalations" - of which nobody even have the decency to to phone back. They are poorly administrating your account, payments, installations, feedback and are most ***********. Last month they suspended my service - WHY - there was a credit on my account and they could not apply to my account. This month, they deducted R 1272.73 from my account - WHY - system glitch. Can they refund me as I do not trust their account abilities to mearley leave it as a credit - YES - hold on.....I have been holding on for 31:03s and dropped the phone. DSTV have the monopoly is SA, and they know it well. You are the most unreliable, *********** business entity I have ever dealt with. Shame on you.
