MOST DISGUSTING COMPANY EVER

I have been trying to make a get a into contact with the Dstv payment plan/price lock arrangement department since 02/07/2019 and I have had no constructive help. I have sent numerous emails and tried the call centre over 30 times but they also refuse to assist me. The price lock department does not even have a contact number. Subscriptions increase without notification and then the services get disconnected even though payment was made for the month. With numerous emails sent and countless phone calls I had to resort to using alternate methods to get the attention of DSTV. They most probably will not even respond. Terrible service from DSTV.
