All i can say is that Multi choice Dstv has the most pathetic service. The consultant there act and think like they doing you a favour when they servicing their clients. I called yesterday cause i wanted to chec my balance so i can pay my premium. I spoke to the first gentleman. I why my premiums are R568 and not 399 and or 409. He told is because if the R20 insurance and also the R58 reconnection fee. If you do the maths that still does not make sense. So whar is the additional R81 for..and why am i paying R20 insurance. He said its compulsary to take up insurance. And then i aksed him if my account is suspended by the 23 wasnt there supposed to be a grace period? He said to me there is a grace period of 2 days so no reconnection fee required. LOL.. funny how day 2 grace period had not lapsed and i am being charged a reconnection feen He told me straight that he does not hve answers for me. So i asked to speak to someone who has answers and or a teamleader. He placed me on hold for more thn 30 minutes ..Second call i spoke to Sivusiwe and he also was also telling me rusbbish and he placed me on hold while i was talking without even asking.only the last gentleman Siphilile atleast was willing to help me. Now i want answers why was i charged 568 on compact. I want a break down and also fyi..i was given a discount in October to reconnect so what is the extra amounts for? I just paid 276 plus 194 yesterday so what is the 60 or 61 for ? Furthermore i requested isurance via your app. The app informed indicated there was an error.. now alI of a sudden i subcribed. Good thing i dont delete my messages. Now why was there no confirmation or correspondance indicating that my decoder is covered. You see how fradulnt your company has become.i also want those 2 agents reprimanded. The reason that they employed its because of us the clients.
