More than dissatisfied client

I have took out an internet contract with DSTV, after a week they delivered the streamer and the router and i was advised that the installation will be done within 7days. It has been a month now and no installation was done and yet the debit order went off and shows that it will keep on going off every month, i have been calling multi choice everyday and no one is clued on how to assist me. I am basically paying for something i am not using and very disappointed by that.They don't even deserve even a star.
