more shame on DSTV

so another week passes and one step forward and two back -- a call, questions that I answered the last time, a promise to call me back the next day and see if I found the original installers name and no, I didn't because the installer actually came back and took all the paperwork and no, DSTV didn't call me back as promised. Surely you keep records of all your installers?
