Monthly Suspensions
DSTV is always suspending my price lock month after month, and they bill these month and then jump another. STAY AWAY FROM PRICE LOCK OR DSTV AS A WHOLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT STRESS.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused in relation to your account. The service is currently active and there's also payment arrangement loaded.
We'd like to believe that the Price Lock contract is one of the best and most convenient contract to have. However, the challenge could be resulted by late/short payment which causes disconnection of service. Sometimes incorrect banking details.
Should there be a fault on our side, we will gladly check on the account and resolve the issue.
We strongly recommend that you pay the account on date to enjoy the service.
