Monthly subscription paid but not service

I signed a 24 month contract so subscription with Dstv in January 2025. I was told that my subscription for the Dstv explorer will be R600 monthly starting end of January. I ended up paying more than R600 on the first month already but that didn't matter to me. So for the February subscription amount I paid R602 using my Capitec app on the 25th of February. I was surprised on Saturday when the channels were due to an amount owing. Even today we're unable to watch the channels even though I paid.
